Oil-operated hydraulic piston-gauge primary standard for medium-to-high pressure calibration. Single- or dual-piston configurations cover wide ranges with a built-in priming pump and fine screw-press pressure control.

Key specifications

• Pressure range: 10 psi up to 20,000 psi (0.1 to 140 MPa / 1 to 1,400 bar)
• Measurement uncertainty: better than 0.015 % of reading (0.008 % optional)
• Medium: mineral oil (Shell spindle oil 22, ~40 cSt at 20 C)
• Models P3111-P3116 single-piston and P3123-P3125 dual-piston (incl. XT extended-range)
• Tungsten-carbide pistons with hardened steel cylinders; built-in hand/priming pump
• Mounted spirit level with adjustable feet; gravity trimming at no extra cost
