Tests we perform

• Turns ratio (TTR) and vector group verification.
• Winding resistance and magnetising current.
• Insulation resistance, tan delta / power factor and capacitance.
• Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA) for winding deformation.
• Oil quality and Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA).

From commissioning to condition assessment

Results are trended over time to detect insulation ageing, winding movement and developing faults before failure. We use instruments from Megger and other leading brands supplied through our reselling division.
